We develop our little pupil’s minds to see, talk about and question the world around them and we approach this with inside and out activities. Learning in the Early Years begins with social interaction with peers and adults. Learning to play and share and to develop our individuality and independence.
We carefully plan activities every day in each of the areas of learning to encourage, stimulate and challenge our Nursery children.
As well as activities taking place in the classroom and in our outdoor area, the children also take part in Forest School, computing in the ICT Suite, PE and cooking.
To find out more about our class and what activities we have been undertaking on a daily basis then please take a look at the details below. This page will be regularly updated with new material so please keep checking back for new information.

Some pupils in Nursery brought in their remote control cars, trains and anything else that is managed via a remote control.
Using this type of control is great for strengthening fingers and of course it is fun!
Nursery have been reading the book 'The Naughty Bus' by Jan & Jerry Oke. It is a picture book for younger children that tells the adventures of a double-decker London bus.
A young boy receives the toy bus as a present and has great fun exploring the world with his new toy which turns out to be quite a naughty bus - or is it the boy being naughty ?
Nursery went on the B16 bus that had parked itself on the Junior playground to become part of the story.
Take a look at the photos to see what the Naughty Bus got up to.
